About Ameya

Are you looking to improve your English? Do you wish you had someone to practise speaking with? Do you need to use English for work or leisure? Business or travel? Did you study English as a subject at school, and learn the theory but now feel rusty speaking? Are you willing to step outside of your comfort zone? Look no further! Having spent 6 years living in Poland while studying to become a medical doctor, I had to learn Polish from the beginning. I faced language barriers. As passionate as I was about languages, it wasn’t easy for me (in the beginning). Fortunately, with practice and excellent local teachers, I was able to improve my ability to communicate. I am familiar with the challenges associated with learning a new language or even improving your existing knowledge. Since then, I started teaching English to foreign learners. I enjoy helping learners on their journey to success with English, whether they are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. English has been my first language and I am a native speaker, having grown up in England and having lived there for the past 30 years and counting (except my 6 years in Poland).
