About Courtney
I am a current medical student at CUSM and a recent UCLA graduate with a degree in physiological sciences. I have been involved in tutoring for the past ten years in all subjects, but specialize in mathematics. My most recent students showed great improvement to their grades with one student being pulled from the program because she no longer needed assistance with her grades.

I approach each lesson by first assessing how much of the information the students knows and where they are having difficulties. I try to teach the lesson to the student initially and then subsequently focus on making sure the student is understanding the material by having them attempt to explain the process to me, with guidance where necessary.
