About Amy
I have just completed an MEng Engineering Science degree at Oxford University. I studied A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, English Literature and Religious Studies: Ethics. I am confident tutoring both Maths and Physics to a high level. I have tutoring experience in GCSE and A Level Maths.
My degree is General Engineering, therefore I have been exposed to a wide range of applications of Physics and Maths, with Further Maths being particularly relevant and therefore my strongest area. At A Level I studied core modules (C1, C2, C3, C4), mechanics (M1, M2, M3), statistics (S1, S2), decision maths (D1) and further pure maths (FP1, FP2, FP3). I still have a great deal of the materials I used, to aid with tuition.
I really enjoy Maths and Physics and am keen to share my love of the subjects with students, and want to remove the stigmas attached to these subjects that they are overly difficult because they aren't!
