About Anthony

I am a professional chef with over 9 years of experience working within very high profile establishments. Some of my experience includes working as a private chef to the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. I have also worked within Michelin Star settings, most notably at the Tudor Room under Michelin Star Chef Tony Parkin.

Before entering the industry I studied culinary arts in South Africa earning my City and Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts.

About the lesson

The teaching method I use involves covering the theoretical part of the subject first, to allow you to gain an understanding. And then covering the practical part of the lesson. My number 1 priority is to cater to your specific needs and desires.
