I am a lifestyle physician who believes in what I teach and practice. Me, with my bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences degree(BNYS passed with distinction and 6th rank in university level) aim to make people healthy and also to teach people to make themselves and others healthy.

I conduct 1 hour of online sessions on stress management (either to relieve stress or to teach techniques of stress management), subjects of naturopathy(physiology, biochemistry, acupuncture, massage therapy, psychology, hydrotherapy, yoga therapy). My 1 hour session will be half of a teaching and explaining session of the new chapters and the other half session will be an interactive one. Students are given different activities to learn more things and self assess themselves followed by a question and answer session to clarify their doubts. The stress management sessions will include the practice of relaxation techniques like deep relaxation, yoganidra.
