About Simon
I am a strong people person with experience in managing adults and children. I have 20 successful years managing teams and building technology like speech recognition for multi-billion dollar companies. I have tutored math for 7 years with many GED graduates, I am a volunteer at the Mercy Learning Center in Bridgeport, I am a Big Brother now my four children have grown and left.
Math is a critical and necessary life skill, most children who don't like math simply don't know what they don't know. My goal is to find what they don't know, teach it and then build on what they do know. We are all good at math if we have a real opportunity.

Two of my greatest loves are math and soccer, and I coach both. For me learning and growing occurs in a motivating and exciting environment where children understand why we learn what we learn and thrive on it. I can teach all grades.
I also have a M Ed and AYSO youth soccer coaching credentials. I am primarily in this to help, all financial stuff is negotiable.
