About Ahmad

Hi! I'm an MSc graduate with a passion for science, healthcare and education.
I graduated with Distinction in MSc Physician Associate Studies, following a BSc (Hons) in Medical Biochemistry.
Throughout my academic journey, I've developed a particular interest in understanding how the human body works, how diseases develop and how complex scientific concepts can be explained in accessible ways.
During my postgraduate studies, I regularly participated in peer teaching, group presentations and collaborative learning activities. These experiences strengthened my interest in education and helping others understand challenging subjects.
My academic background combines biological sciences with clinically focused education, allowing me to explain subjects such as anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
I understand that everyone learns differently. Some students prefer diagrams and visual explanations, while others benefit from discussion, repetition or working through examples together.
My aim is to create a relaxed, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing their understanding.
I'm particularly passionate about supporting students interested in healthcare, medicine, biomedical sciences and other scientific disciplines.
Outside tutoring, I'm working towards my longer-term ambition of becoming a university lecturer.

Making complex science simple, understandable and genuinely interesting.
Biology and medical sciences can sometimes feel overwhelming. Between learning complicated terminology, understanding physiological processes and memorising seemingly endless information, it's easy to lose confidence.
My approach is to help you understand the science rather than simply memorise it.
I hold an MSc in Physician Associate Studies (Distinction) and a BSc (Hons) in Medical Biochemistry (2:1), giving me a strong academic foundation in human biology, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry and clinical sciences.
Having experienced the challenges of studying demanding scientific and healthcare degrees myself, I understand how important it is to have concepts explained clearly and at your own pace.
