About Shailesh
I am a Statistics graduate from Ruia College, and currently pursuing my MSc in Statistics from Mumbai University. My journey with teaching began with a genuine passion there is no greater satisfaction for me than seeing a student finally understand a concept that once seemed difficult.
I have 6+ months of experience teaching Mathematics to Grade 6–10 students and have also created educational videos on YouTube, covering Probability problems and solutions for 11th and 12th Science (MHT-CET) students.
My approach to teaching is simple I first understand a topic deeply myself, and then explain it in the easiest and most relatable way possible, including helpful tricks and shortcuts wherever applicable. I believe every student is capable of understanding any concept with the right guidance and patience.
I am a patient and student-friendly tutor who adapts explanations based on how the student thinks and learns. My classes are conducted in Hindi, Marathi, and Hinglish so that language never becomes a barrier to learning.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy journaling and am a beginner flute player which keeps me grounded and creative.

I conduct interactive online classes where every concept and problem is written and explained live on screen, giving students a real blackboard-style experience from home making it feel just like a real classroom.
My teaching approach is completely student-centered. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my pace and explanation style according to each student's understanding.
Every class begins with a brief overview of what will be covered, followed by a quick prior knowledge check through a few simple questions. This helps me understand where the student stands before moving forward. I then explain each concept in detail, step by step, ensuring no topic is left unclear.
Doubt clearing is an important part of every session students are always encouraged to ask questions freely.
Currently I teach Mathematics for Grade 6 to 10 students (Maharashtra State Board), and I am also open to teaching other boards like CBSE. I am additionally interested in teaching Statistics to undergraduate college students.
My classes are conducted in Hindi, Marathi, and Hinglish, making it comfortable for local students to understand concepts easily without any language barrier.
