About Amber

I’m a practicing healer that believes that movement is healing. Hearing the right song, right tune, or melody gets our spirits lifted. I’ve been dancing all my life, from ballet to tap dance to contemporary and I finally found something that made me feel connection to nature

About the lesson

My lessons are meant to reconnect ourselves with the land in a spiritual way, music is everything. The drums of the earth to ground yourself, flutes of air to release. Nordic dancing has always brought me the most peace connecting with what’s around us
