About Raunak
My name is Raunak Singh and I am a first-year student at UNSW Sydney. I would like to become a tutor because I believe that every student's future is shaped by the type of teachers they encounter. A good teacher can help push a child and make a subject interesting, while a bad one can completely destroy their interest in a subject, which can change their profession in the future. Hence, I would like to help children build interest in sciences and math.

I believe subjects like sciences and math require 3 things to perform well: curiosity, interest, and practice. While teaching, I try to make the student think and wonder rather than spoon-feeding them answers to every question. This helps them develop critical thinking and makes the subject more understandable.
As of now, I am studying for a Bachelor's in civil engineering at UNSW. I also have around 6 months of experience in teaching children. I would like to teach children from class 1 to 9 while taking 1 - 2 hours lesson a day.
