About Shivanee

As a naval officer, I have always focused on leadership communication. I have been training young adults, in developing confidence in the way they communicate, for the past 17 years. I believe that spoken words have the power to inspire greatness. Everyone has the capacity to lead and there is no generic set of rules to become a leader. When we enhance our leadership communication, it opens the door of opportunities for us. We not only get noticed by others but we develop trust: people trust us with greater responsibilities.
