About Manpadi
I’m Manpadi Sainath, a boxing coach trained at SAI Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS), Patiala, with 8 years of experience in boxing as an athlete.
I have competed at both State and National level and am an Open National medalist and a two-time Telangana State-level bronze medalist. My competitive background has given me practical experience in technique, discipline, preparation and the mental side of boxing.
Along with my experience as a boxer, I have also worked with beginners as a personal boxing coach. I understand that every student learns at a different pace, so I focus on clear instruction, correct fundamentals and steady improvement rather than rushing the process.
My coaching style is disciplined, patient and practical. I want students to feel comfortable learning, asking questions and correcting mistakes while still maintaining the seriousness and discipline that boxing requires.
I can communicate in Telugu, Hindi and English, which helps me connect easily with students from different backgrounds.
My goal as a coach is to help students become technically better, fitter, more confident and more disciplined through proper boxing training.

About the lesson

My boxing sessions are designed around one principle: learn the fundamentals correctly first, then build speed, power, fitness and confidence step by step.
Each 60-minute session is adapted to the student’s age, fitness level, experience and goal. Training can include:
• Boxing stance, guard and movement
• Footwork and balance
• Punching technique and combinations
• Defense, slipping, blocking and counter-punching
• Shadow boxing, pad work and bag work
• Boxing-specific fitness and conditioning
• Coordination, timing and reaction drills
Beginners will not be pushed directly into hard sparring. I first focus on technique, control, defense and confidence before introducing more advanced training.
Students can train for different goals — learning boxing from scratch, improving fitness, developing proper technique, building confidence or preparing to progress toward competitive boxing.
Classes are suitable for school students, college students and adults, including complete beginners.
My aim is simple: you should not just exercise for an hour — you should leave every session having actually improved something in your boxing.
