About Jason
Pastry Chef - Specialize in French & Italian Pastries & Bread

I was studying Biology in College and wasn't enjoying it. I ended up doing a short course in Baking & Pastry, which led me down the path of being classically trained as a Chef. I even ended up teaching the same short course that brought me into the culinary world.
I have since worked in Luxury Hotels in the Caribbean with Oceania Cruises and in many more restaurants in NYC.
I prefer to teach in a way that is easy to understand and reproducible and so I know that none of my students will ever be disappointed when I'm done teaching.
