About Omar
My name is Omar, and I’m an 11+ English tutor who genuinely enjoys helping students grow in confidence as well as ability.
I decided to teach because I know how overwhelming English exams can feel — especially when you’re expected to understand tricky texts, write creatively under pressure, and remember lots of rules all at once. I enjoy breaking things down in a clear, simple way so learning feels manageable, supportive, and even enjoyable.
In my lessons, you won’t be rushed or judged. I focus on helping you understand why something works, not just what the answer is. We’ll practise real 11+-style questions, improve reading and writing skills, and build confidence step by step.
My goal is to help you feel prepared, capable, and proud of your progress.

I’m an experienced 11+ English tutor helping students build confidence in reading comprehension, creative writing, grammar, and exam technique.
My lessons are clear, supportive, and tailored to your child’s level — whether they’re just starting or aiming for top grammar schools. I focus on real exam-style practice, simple strategies that work, and boosting confidence (which makes a huge difference in results).
