About Prayag
My name is Prayag, and I have been teaching for as long as I can remember! I thoroughly love learning, and that probably explains why I ended up at the University of Oxford to achieve my PGCE in Mathematics.
Previously, I studied PPE at UCL and then Development Economics at the University of Bath. Somewhere along the way, I picked up the Indian classical flute, and so I spend my weekends alternating between attending Economics lectures and performing at people's weddings!
My philosophy towards teaching is that your grades naturally improve when you enjoy what you are learning - so I constantly stay ahead of my subjects in my own time to make sure that I can teach you in an engaging and relevant manner.

I have been teaching for 9 years - in this time I have taught Maths, English, Economics and Business Studies to an A-Level standard.
My students consistently show multiple grades of improvement, as well as feeling that they enjoy the subject more than they used to. I achieve this by always linking what we study to the real world, and making sure you have a good balance of content, exam practice and creative tasks.
I am always consistent with timings, and adjustable where needed. I am happy to tailor lessons to you and your exam board, or equally happy to set a plan of action to help you organise your studies.
