Hey! I’m Mary - I’m a strength coach living and working in the UK.
• BSc Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University
• Level 2 gym instructor
• 2 years of coaching experience
I’ve worked with athletes from a range of sports including swimming, weightlifting, skeleton to beginners in the gym.
