32 years in engineering research, 6 years experience with teaching kids math , various level from 1st grade to 10th grade. I can help students with PSAT Math. Taught at Mathnasium, can also help students to prepare for SAT Math.

Bachelor of Science , Electrical Engineering degree in 1985.
I was gifted Math student during high school .
I entered country Math competition back in 1979 and won the 2nd best prize.
i had taken statistical analysis , calculus , advanced calculus, Trigonometry, Algebra Digital signal processing.
There are no single technique which is good for everyone. I generally use more drill techniques (Kumon/Mathnasium) for younger age and use more application/reasonings for older age. For a special gifted child , we can teach them different materials etc ...
