About Ashen
I’m Ashen Wanninayaka, a second-year Electrical & Electronics Engineering student at Swinburne University of Technology. I’ve always been passionate about Math and Physics and believe that with the right guidance, every student can excel in these subjects. I started tutoring over a year ago and discovered that teaching isn’t just about sharing knowledge — it’s about building confidence, simplifying complex ideas, and helping students develop strong study habits. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students can overcome challenges and achieve their best results.

Hi! I’m Ashen Wanninayaka, a third -year Electrical & Electronics Engineering student at Swinburne University of Technology. Teaching is my passion, and I love making Maths and Physics simple, clear, and enjoyable for my students.
Subjects I Teach:
• High School (Years 7–12): General Mathematics & Physics
• University (First-Year): Calculus, Engineering Mathematics & Linear Algebra
My Qualifications:
• Sri Lankan O/Ls: 8As & 1B
• Engineering Foundation (Swinburne): 8 High Distinctions & 1 Distinction
• Engineering Diploma (Swinburne): GPA of 3.7
• 1.5 years of tutoring experience (with many returning students who achieved great improvements)
My Teaching Style:
I use a unique, friendly, and student-focused approach, breaking down complex topics into simple steps and sharing effective study and exam techniques. My goal is to build confidence and help students achieve higher grades.
