About Poppy
I did a year of GCSE art and scored the highest in my year group. I continue to do art and design as a hobby and helped my brother and some of his friends prep for their GCSE this year. I have experience teaching from when I assist taught, and sometimes led lessons, in year 7 and 8 music.

I approach each topic openly and try to give as much background of it as I can before explaining techniques used in the topic being focused on, then demonstrating. Any areas that aren’t understood during this time can be explained in different ways and or demonstrated differently. I enjoy working on weaknesses that students have as even though it can be frustrating for them, it’s more rewarding when they finally grasp it.
