About Danielle
Hi, I'm Danielle! I am a professional educator who helps students take the anxiety out of math and chemistry. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Health with a concentration in Pre-PA from California Baptist University, as well as a current professional Pharmacy License.
Because of my background in advanced healthcare education and pharmaceuticals, I have spent years mastering high-level mathematics, dimensional analysis, and clinical chemistry. I know firsthand how intimidating these subjects can feel, but I also know exactly how to break them down so they make sense in the real world.
I believe that no student is inherently 'bad' at STEM—they usually just haven't had the concepts explained in a way that aligns with their specific learning style. My goal as a tutor is to be a patient, encouraging guide, helping your student raise their grades, ace their exams, and build genuine, lasting confidence.

My lessons are highly structured, interactive, and tailored entirely to the student's current school curriculum or upcoming exams. I do not lecture; instead, I use an active learning approach where I meet the student where they are currently at with no judgment. Here is how we maximize our 60 minutes together:
Check-in & Warm-up (5 mins): We review a quick concept from our last session to build immediate confidence.
Homework & Gap Clearing (15 mins): We look at current school assignments, analyze recent quiz mistakes, and target exactly where the misunderstanding lies.
The Core Practice (30 mins): We use the 'I Do, We Do, You Do' method. I demonstrate a problem, we solve the next one together, and the student tackles a final one solo to prove mastery.
Wrap-up (10 mins): We summarize the key takeaways and preview what their school teacher will cover next week so the student is always ahead of the curve.
I maintain a patient, mistake-friendly environment where errors are treated as valuable data points rather than failures. I am happy to work with students weekly or provide urgent, short-term prep for upcoming exams.
