About Alandra

I absolutely love to share my knowledge and food experiences with people. I have been cooking in a professional kitchen since 17 years old. My experience at such a young age landed me a scholarship, giving me a full ride to a private culinary school in Boston, MA. After school, I was offered the opportunity to cook for private parties and companies that own boxes at Fenway Park. From there I worked at numerous restaurants in Boston. At the age of 24, I moved to Charlotte, NC to bring my Boston and Caribbean flavor to the South.

About the lesson

Signing up for one or more of my classes will not only leave you with an amazing dish but you will gain knowledge on different foods, gain knife skills, different cooking techniques, and will open your mind to foods you might eat often but with a twist.

Alandra is absolutely AMAZING at what she does. She provided cooking classes to my twins and they loved it! She is clear, concise, and she has such a warm welcoming energy and is exceptional with kids. One of my twins is an extremely picky eater and I was amazed at how she engaged her and was able to get her to try new foods. That alone had me sold. We learned a great deal from her class. It was worth every penny and my kids are excited to take another class.
