Firstly my name is Tumelo Sehloho , I’m a young male who’s passionate about fitness and well-being of my clients. I have a background in training local people in my community and I have done a good job in that. I’m excited about opportunities that let me grow and make positive impacts.

Cardio workouts: structured sessions such as (high intensity interval training) or circuit training to improve cardiovascular endurance
Strength training: focusing on form and technique with weights or resistance bands.
Flexibility and mobility: stretching exercises and dynamic stretches to enhance flexibility and joint mobility reduce injury risk, and improve performance
Mindfulness and recovery: teaching the importance of recovery with rest days, stretching and mindfulness practices like meditation to reduce stress and aid muscle recovery
