About Thibaud

I am a personal trainer in a gym in Brussels and I have been practicing bodybuilding since I was 15, running (15km) and weightlifting for 3 years.

I have perfected my method through various training courses but above all through diligent practice by experimenting with a lot of different techniques in order to compare them to achieve the best results.
And now I would like to share my knowledges with my clients.

About the lesson

This course is adapted to each client because each person is different!
My method is mainly based on the crossing of theory and practice for greater adaptability to different types of morphologies based on performance according to the strengths and weaknesses of each person.

Les séances avec lui étaient très intenses! Il m'expliquait les exercices que je faisait et pourquoi étaient adaptés à mon physique. Il m'a aussi donné des conseils en nutrition avec des exemples de repas.
J'ai remarqué après 12 séance une augmentation de ma force.
