About Jonas
I have been a qualified Yoga and Qi Gong teacher since 2016 and since 2017 also Tibetan Breath Yoga and Indian breathing exercises. I have experience in personal training, group lessons and have already given workshops in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Russia.

I combine the various elements of breathing exercises, Yoga & Qi Gong in a unique training that is individually tailored to each student. Depending on needs and any complaints I use appropriate exercises. They all have in common that they harness the energy system of the human body. Working with energy is much more than just a spiritual idea. Modern scientists use terms such as bioelectromagnetism and bioelectricity to describe what is called qi / chi in China, prana in India, ki in Japan, and lung in Tibet.

Jonas habe ich schon in mehreren Workshops erlebt. Sein Training ist immer ausgewogen, er geht auf die Schüler ein (Anfängern begegnet er mit viel Geduld) und Fragen oder Anregungen nimmt er freundlich an. Er hält nichts in der verschlossen Hand, schaut aber auch dass die Grundlagen passen um weiterführende Erklärungen zu geben. Er macht sehr gute Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Kalligrafie Yoga und Atemübungen. Mir haben sie sehr geholfen. Meinem Rücken geht es besser, ich fühle mich ruhiger und entspannt.
Jonas hat mich so über zeugt, dass mein Freund und ich ihn persönlichen eingeladen haben und einen Workshop in Salzburg organisierten mit ca. 15 Teilnehmern. Beide Daumen hoch!View more recommendations
