About Aleksei

I am educated and I have five years of experience teaching Swedish. I create personalized lessons that suit your goals. It never gets boring. Using diverse materials and interactive methods, I ensure lessons are engaging, effective, and tailored to you. My approach helps students overcome fear of speaking, building fluency, and enjoy the learning process. I completed an internship at the Swedish Embassy in Moscow and have delivered academic presentations on Edith Södergran and Swedish neologisms. I am also a winner of philology competitions and have even appeared in commercials as a Swedish-speaking actor :)

About the lesson

As a linguist and Scandinavian studies expert, I focus on making Swedish engaging, accessible, and enjoyable for my students. Beginners to advanced learners. Anyone wanting to speak confidently and understand Swedish culture. Students preparing for the YKI exam or other certifications. Language lovers looking for an engaging and effective learning experience. Let's make learning Swedish a fun and rewarding journey together! Contact me to start today.

Aleksei is a fantastic tutor! Every lesson takes place in a comfortable atmosphere, using various study materials, including interactive exercises, listening practice, and plenty of speaking practice right from the first sessions.

I especially want to highlight the tutor’s friendliness and ability to explain topics clearly and competently while answering students’ questions. For me, this is a crucial aspect that helps overcome the fear of using the language in practice.

I am very satisfied and would highly recommend him!

We've been studying for about a couple of months now. I really enjoy the lessons. I had previously taken a break from learning the language with another teacher, so we needed to adjust to each other, but everything turned out well) Aleksei is always ready to help, answer any additional questions, and even dive deep into certain topics together. Personal bonuses for me: the ability to ask interesting questions, which genuinely makes me want to speak in a foreign language, as well as the ability to listen. I highly recommend him as a teacher!
