About Grace
I am a clinical psychologist, psychology educator, researcher, and mental health practitioner with a Master of Clinical Psychology, currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Africa International University and serving as a Part-Time Lecturer at Kisii University. I am passionate about teaching because I enjoy helping students transform complex psychological concepts into knowledge they can understand, apply, and confidently communicate. My professional experience in clinical psychology, research, mental health, and community-based practice allows me to connect academic theory with real-world situations, making learning practical and meaningful. I want to teach because I believe good psychology education can develop not only academically successful students, but also thoughtful, ethical, and competent future psychologists and mental health professionals

My approach to private tutoring is student-centered, interactive, and tailored to each learner’s needs, academic level, and learning goals. Whether preparing for examinations, understanding difficult psychological theories, working through research methods, or strengthening academic writing and critical thinking, I aim to create a supportive and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, build confidence, and progressively become independent learners.
