About Capucine
I am a final year PhD student at the University of Cambridge with previous degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Bristol University. I tutor maths and physics up to A-levels, with flexibility on the exam boards. In the lessons we will focus on the relevant exam practice questions, working through them together and discussing the broader concepts so that you develop more confidence in the subject.
I have experience supervising undergraduate labs at Cambridge. I have also worked as a 'peer assisted study support' leader during my Physics undergraduate in Bristol; I ran sessions for second year undergraduates working through their course content.
I will regularly review my teaching approach and am happy to discuss the structure of the sessions to make sure they suit each individual student's needs and priorities.

I base my teaching around discussion of a topic before then working through past paper examination questions together, ensuring that students fully understand how to approach questions on each concept. Through this students should build their confidence in the subject whilst also developing the skills required to apply their knowledge to tackle unfamiliar questions.
