About Paromita
I have more than 12 years experience in academia having a background in Chemistry and Biology. I have attained my advanced degrees in India and USA and have worked both in USA and Canada. This has given me a holistic perspective towards higher education. I understand the importance of having a strong base/fundamentals and then building up on it.
I AM CURRENTLY ENROLLING STUDENTS FOR THE FALL SEMESTER. Sessions are tailored so that the students can understand the concepts and then apply them through practicing problems.

I approach is very simple. I start my sessions by making sure that the students grasp on the fundaments. The next step is based on application of the fundamentals with enough practice. I prepare my own notes that the students can have to learn the fundamental concepts and then I give them practice questions to apply their knowledge, as unless you crack the application problems, you don't crank up your grades.
I enjoy mentoring students and like to be involved in their overall success. I am also very approachable so that students can relax and enjoy learning.
I have experience teaching university undergrad students for 6 years (grad/undergrad level courses). I have tutored ontario high school students for the last four years. Other than that all throughout my academic career spanning 20+ years, I have mentored numerous graduate/undergrad students.
Currently, I am tutoring students at the following grades and programs: TDSB, Peel, Halton school Boards
1. IB - SL and HL : Chemistry ( Grades 11, 12)
2. Academic and AP Chemistry (Grade 11,12)
