Pianist with 22+ years of experience and 7 years of teaching gives piano and music theory lessons at all levels!

Alexis is a very patient mentor, and sensitive to the needs of her students, employing different approaches to each one to foster and maintain interest in learning how to play the piano. She is structured in her teaching (parents know where their kids are at and the end goal), but at the same time, receptive to feedback and open to suggestions that will make lessons not only challenging, but fun. My daughter is thriving under her mentorship and I know I made the right decision in switching to Alexis's studio!

Alexis is the teacher you want to have! I am super lucky to have come across an excellent professor. As an adult student, I truly value the opportunity to work with her and appreciate the patience and understanding she provides within each lesson!

Alexis is a very patient and supportive teacher who strikes a good balance between challenging her students while also fostering interest. Learning to play the piano takes discipline and time, so maintaining interest has been extremely important in continuing along the learning process. Alexis is also receptive to feedback; she tailors her lessons to what you need. Love working with her!

Alexis is a great instructor, very patient and really took her time to help when I was struggling to learn certain pieces. Helped me get the basics and theories down very well in the beginning then build up from there and also challenged me enough to push me further.

Very friendly and inviting personality that made it easy to get along and learn from her.
