I am a certified Inferno HotPilates teacher who live in Toronto, Canada. I have been practicing Pilates for 8 years and yoga for over 20 years. I received my certification in 2022, in Palm Springs, California where I spent over 200 hours in training.

About the lesson

My Pilates class is high intensity interval training using Pilates principles. I will guide you through a series of exercises and movements where you will reap maximum physical benefits along with mental and cognitive strength training.
