About Ileana
Data cleaning and spreadsheet design are core parts of what I do, which brings me to keyboard shortcuts, VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, error handling, pivot charts, and INDEX and MATCH. I have been teaching these technical workflows for 9 years while keeping things practical for career-focused students. NYU Stern gave me a BBA Finance degree, but my daily work is really about showing you how these tools function in the office.
It's rewarding to see students finally understand a complex formula after struggling with it for weeks.

Having a BBA Finance background from NYU Stern, I focus on the logic that makes a spreadsheet reliable. We will move through these technical challenges while maintaining a supportive and calm atmosphere throughout the hour. You should find that the pressure of a deadline feels much lighter once you have these specific skills in your toolkit.
