About Brandon
I have been teaching biology as an undergraduate teaching assistant for 5 semesters at the University of Nevada, Reno, teaching over 200 students. I have also served as a learning assistant, in which I assist hundreds of students each semester during large biology lectures. I am also studying to become a physician in the future, and I have seen the effects of teaching on my own coursework.

I am more accustomed to teaching college students; however, I am totally fine teaching high school students as well. I approach each lesson by explaining concepts thoroughly then providing practice problems to make sure students are actually understanding what I am explaining. It is important that I cater each lesson to different learning types (i.e. some students prefer more visuals than others, etc).
