About Joely

I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, mindfulness mentor, EFT/TFT Tapping instructor and musculoskeletal injury specialist. Working with you to create a perfectly tailored healing experience inclusive of the mind and body

About the lesson

My teaching method is calm, reflective and motivating. I work with my clients encouraging self-learning and practise. Think of me as a guide and mentor more than a teacher. I provide the tools people need to live expansive, peaceful and productive lives.
I can provide private classes in the following:

Yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin)
Meditation (guided, embodied breathwork, self-lead)
Sports Injury Massage including myofascial release
Private personal training
+ a combo class inclusive of multiple services

She has such a calming effect on you and really make you want to better yourself.
