About Asad
1. From Engineering to CAD Design
My journey with CATIA and SolidWorks started through engineering design, where CAD was not just software, but a way to turn engineering ideas into practical, accurate products.
2. Professional CATIA Experience
I have extensive hands-on experience with CATIA, working with 3D modeling, part design, assemblies, technical drawings, and engineering-focused product development. My aim is to teach CATIA in a practical way that makes even complex tools easier to understand.
3. SolidWorks & 3D Modeling
Alongside CATIA, I work with SolidWorks for 3D CAD modeling, assemblies, drawings, and mechanical design. I focus on helping students understand not only 'how' to use SolidWorks, but 'why' a particular modeling approach works.
4. Engineering-Based CAD Training
As an Aerospace Engineering student, I approach CAD from an engineering perspective. This means connecting CATIA and SolidWorks with real design requirements, dimensions, manufacturability, assemblies, and product development.
5. For Students & Projects
I work with students who need help learning CATIA, SolidWorks, CAD design, 3D modeling, engineering design, or completing a university design project. Lessons can be tailored around your current skill level and your specific project.
6. Practical Learning, Not Just Theory
My teaching style is straightforward: understand the concept, follow the workflow, build the model, and then learn how to reproduce the process independently.
