I am a professional chef with experience working in restaurant kitchens, specializing in both East Asian and Western cuisine. I am passionate about teaching practical cooking skills in a simple and approachable way. I enjoy helping people build confidence in the kitchen, whether they are beginners or looking to improve to a professional level. I am patient, friendly, and focused on real, hands-on learning.

About the lesson

I provide hands-on cooking lessons in both East Asian and Western cuisine, based on experience working in professional restaurant kitchens. My focus is on teaching real kitchen skills, including technique, speed, flavour balance, and restaurant-style presentation. At the same time, my classes are friendly and easy to follow, making them suitable for beginners as well as those looking to improve their cooking to a professional standard. Lessons are practical, relaxed, and designed to build confidence step by step in a supportive environment.
