About Mark
I've been a gigging musician for over 25 years. Touring the country playing drums, bass, and guitar in bands. I've had my own studio for over 20 years writing, recording and producing music that spans many genres. I've been a guitar, bass, and drum instructor for over 5 years teaching young kids to adults from beginners to advanced players. I worked as Music Director for a music school helping set the curriculum for the lessons program as well as running a full performance program where students would form bands and perform for live audiences. Music is something I've been incredibly passionate about my entire life. I started playing drums at the age of 6 and picked up guitar at the age of 10. With over 35 years of playing experience I am here to help you discover your talents and realize your passion for playing music

Mark has taught me guitar for two years. He’s patient, considerate of my ability level, and a super nice guy. I’ve learned songs in many different genres - grunge, classic rock, metal, punk, prog rock. He has a relaxed approach so as a beginner, I was comfortable right away. I highly recommend Mark!
A genuinely talented rock musician with an infectious love of music and a sense of fun that is increasingly rare among adults. He brings tremendous energy and personality to everything he does, and has precisely the sort of enthusiasm you’d hope to find in someone introducing young people to music or helping to foster their budding interest.
Highly recommended as a musician and all-around character.View more recommendations
