About Zachary

Beginning my musical education at age 3, I have nurtured a deep passion for music that led me to become a vocal major at the prestigious LaGuardia High School. This early start and specialized high school training laid a solid foundation in both technical skills and artistic expression, which I further developed through rigorous academic and practical experiences at Sarah Lawrence College. These formative experiences have equipped me with a unique blend of classical training and modern sensibilities, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and nuanced approach to teaching music theory and voice.

About the lesson

Join me for lessons in music theory and voice to delve deep into the world of opera and explore the roots of my musical upbringing. From a very young age, I was immersed in the complexities and emotional depth of opera, which has profoundly shaped my approach to music and teaching. My journey from a passionate young musician to a professional opera singer and indie artist allows me to offer unique insights and guidance. Let's embark on a journey that enhances your technical skills, nurtures your artistic voice, and connects deeply with your musical self!
