- Medalist and winner of many international competitions in kyokushin karate, kumite.

Course of self-defense in Paris. For all levels, for adults and seniors, women and men.
Self-defense is not only about mastering the skills of combat techniques, but also about training in psychological skills and in ability to control oneself in a stressful situation.

Not everyone who studies techniques on trainings can apply them in a real combat situation.

It is not just a question of physical strength, which is certainly important, but about mastering of individual power qualities, such as: courage in protecting oneself, ability not to identifie yourself with the victim in a moment of the attack. It is these skills that play a principal role in a conflict situation.

Such qualities are important to develop in advance. One of the best ways is via contact martial arts. Where is an opportunity to get through similar to real combat situations and cultivate these qualities in yourself.
