About Alafiya

I am a psychology graduate with a strong academic background in Clinical Psychology. I completed my graduation from the University of Delhi and pursued my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Currently, I am associated with IHBAS, where I am gaining practical exposure to mental health settings. My approach is empathetic, structured, and student-centric. I aim to help learners understand psychology concepts clearly, apply them in real life, and develop emotional awareness and resilience.

Perfect! She is exceptionally intelligent, supportive, helping and calm, with a remarkable ability to quickly understand problems and make others feel comfortable and at ease. She is highly collaborative, always available when needed, and consistently demonstrates a very positive mindset, respect , attitude, and behavior. Her empathy, patience, and encouragement create a safe and motivating environment. She is exceptionally good at building confidence in others, helping them feel motivated, secure, and confident in their abilities. I have never met such a kind, caring, respectfull and inspiring person in my entire life..I will always pray and wish her great success and fulfillment in both her personal and professional life.
