I am calm. I believe every student is unique, ability to understand, grasp, ability to recognise and to apply of each and every student is unique, and we should take care about this. we should know that we should not create stressful environment around student. if we are, then we are losing the plus points of students, and we are creating the situation even more worse. Teacher should be friendly with his students, but also maintain some boundaries, so that student take him seriously.

Firstly, I will observe my student and his mathematical ability, then I will decide from where to start what to teach, so that student can start solving problems by itself. I don't believe in remembering formulas I believe in critical thinking. I am also preparing for ISI B.Math which is one of the toughest exam of Mathematics in India, because of my keen interest in Mathematics. If student is not interested in Mathematics then I will show them real life examples, graphs, try to explain the solution from different topics of Mathematics and try to show them Mathematics is not a boring subject, solving problems is also very much important in Mathematics because then only they will connect the logical dots and then they will question to themselves like,what is given ?, what to find?, Is there any relation between given data and variable? Am i losing some hidden information in question or any obvious information which i should know to solve this question? etc. this questions will make them to think about Mathematics by their own.
