About Tanya
I’m a Registered Children’s Nurse with nearly 4 years of clinical experience working with children and families, alongside a first-class honours degree in Children and Young People’s Nursing.
I’m passionate about supporting student nurses and helping them become more confident in paediatric nursing. I understand that nursing studies can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I aim to make learning simple, supportive and practical.
I enjoy helping students understand the reasoning behind clinical decisions rather than simply memorising information. My goal is for you to leave each lesson feeling more confident and better prepared.
I also have experience supporting students with GCSE Biology.
I can also support student nurses with PARE, including understanding practice assessment requirements, preparing for placement assessments, organising evidence, reflective practice and building confidence when completing placement documentation.

I tutor student nurses in paediatric nursing, OSCE preparation, clinical scenarios, child assessment, medication calculations, communication skills and exam preparation.
My lessons are relaxed, practical and tailored to your level. Rather than simply memorising information, I’ll help you understand the clinical reasoning behind your answers so you can approach exams and placements with more confidence.
I also offer GCSE Biology tutoring for students who want clear, supportive explanations and exam-focused preparation.
