About Tom
I am a certified personal trainer with a Master's degree in Sports Science and Physical Education (STAPS) and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Training/Physical Preparation. My studies led to a position as a Workplace Physical Activity Project Manager at the University Hospital of Nice, where I supervised projects and sessions for a total of 3,500 people over eight fulfilling years! In parallel, I completed a University Diploma in Ergonomics, which allowed me to develop a complementary approach focused on adaptation, prevention, and health. What motivates me today? Helping you find a physical activity that truly suits you, whether you're looking to get back in shape or improve your performance. I prioritize listening, empathy, and adaptability, while drawing on scientific knowledge and my practical experience. My goal is simple: to help you progress at your own pace, give you the tools to gradually become independent, and above all, help you make physical activity a lasting habit.
