I teach to make a positive impact on learners through communication and interactive learning. To grow gradually is one of my main goals and seeing change would be even better.

I am an enthusiastic and passionate firstyear beginner teacher with a deeprooted love for teaching and a strong commitment to making a positive impact. I embrace challenges and recognize opportunities for growth while continuously improving my teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners. My experience in various school environments during my teaching practicums has taught me how to design interactive, engaging, and meaningful lessons. My teaching philosophy emphasizes positivity, proactive strategies, and effective classroom management to create a structured and inclusive learning environment. I implement creative and holistic approaches that promote learner engagement, academic excellence, and improvements in social behavior and communication. My discipline strategies focus on fostering respect and collaboration, ensuring that every learner feels valued and supported. I possess strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and learners. As a resilient, solutionsoriented individual, I am always open to innovation and improvement. My work ethic reflects punctuality, loyalty, and reliability, and I thrive in both team settings and leadership roles. I am willing to start from the ground up and grow gradually.
