Hi there! I'm Elisha

When I’m not with my dogs or teaching neighborhood kids, I’m right here working with learners and their families. As a parent with 21 nieces and nephews, I know learning thrives when it’s personal and engaging. At Focus Lab Co., we pair adaptive IXL tutoring with strategic Neurologically based tools to build strong one-on-one connections and deliver customized blueprints for every student. The 3-Step Session Blueprint
Lessons follow a structured, high-energy format tailored directly to your child's developmental tier—whether they are building elementary fundamentals in Focus Creators (ages 6–10) or mastering critical thinking in Focus Strategists (ages 11–14):

1. Review & Check-In: We kick off by celebrating recent wins, building momentum, and reviewing core concepts.

2. Interactive Deep Dive: We tackle new academic topics through hands-on creative projects, strategic discussions, and targeted IXL skill boosts tailored to your child's unique learning style.
