About Maya
I have always been passionate about economics and thoroughly enjoyed my A Level Economics course. I am excited to delve into core economic theory and provide exciting and helpful lessons to students to help them reach their full potential, both in their knowledge and exam technique.

The typical length of any lesson depends on how much the student would like to cover and in how much depth. Usually, lessons take around an hour to ensure that students have grasped the concept. My teaching techniques vary between students as all individuals have different ways of learning. Generally, I approach lessons in a varied way using different learning techniques however it all depends on how the student retains information best. Achieving an A* at A level Economics and having recently graduated from a russel group university with an economics degree, concepts are still fresh in my mind! I am also able to relate to the students and explain concepts in interesting and interactive ways which ultimately helped me achieve my own grades.

Maya is a very hardworking individual who creates engaging lessons for students and makes everyone feel comfortable around her.
Maya was my Tutor. I have adhd and can also get very anxious, both usually makes learning more difficult for me. She was very patient and very structured. This helped me a lot! When getting anxious she reassured me. She has an easy going persona which made every time fun. Learning from Maya was a great experience and I would recommend her. Her explanations and instructions are easy to understand and to follow.
