About Rosy
I have a B.S. in Ecology, Evolution, and Natural Resouces as well as a minor in Spanish and certificate in Environmental Geomatics. I have taught lessons in ecology and evolution to middle school and high school students as an outdoor educator, and at the college level in a seminar course. I am currently working towards becoming a high school biology teacher, and I am excited to share my passion for STEM subjects with students of all ages. Whether you are struggling with biology, ecology, evolution, environmental science, statistics, algebra, or R coding, I am willing to help!

I structure lessons based on the interests and needs of my students. I will research the concepts you are struggling with beforehand, and find a way to present them in a new or more interesting way. I like to include activities and opportunities for creative thinking in my classes and will adapt my approach based on your needs. It is extremely important to me to forge a connection with my students and build a trusting relationship.
