About Lucy
I have a degree in BSc Education from the University of Southampton.
I have taken part in various educational placements and retail/customer services experiences.
This is my first time offering online tutoring, however, I have had lots of in person tutoring experience during my time volunteering for Libraries Plus.

I like to approach each task differently. Basing my teaching method on how children learn best and what their strengths are.
I will start the lessons with an overview of what will be worked on, some warm up questions and then move on to the main topic. The lesson will include a question segment near the end that will test the understanding of the student and the opportunity to clarify anything not understood. For younger students with a shorter attention span, the lesson will be more activity or game based.
