I am a retired elite athlete who has trained and competed on a national level. During my 14 year old hockey career, I have worked with multiple nutritionists, psychologists and trainers. I know how to build a personalized plan to fit specific needs and reach desired goals.

I am a very visual person. Hence, my teaching methods are very hands on and practical. A weekly menu is created based on the clients health needs. In addition, a weekly training program is created based on the clients fitness goals. Lastly, I find it easier to be motivated when the results are tracked, thus, I ensure that a personal file is created to track the clients progress.
All my programs can be completed in the comfort of one's home. No complicated machines or expensive protein powders are needed. I healthy lifestyle should be inexpensive and fun.
Lastly, as a personal coach I assure to motivate you even on days you can barely roll out of bed.
