About Kirat

I’m a sarangi player and Punjabi folk music teacher passionate about preserving traditional sounds. I’ve spent years studying the rhythms, melodies, and stories behind Punjabi music, and I love helping others discover that same connection. My lessons blend technique, emotion, and culture so students can truly feel the music, not just play it.

About the lesson

I’m a sarangi player and Punjabi folk music enthusiast dedicated to sharing the beauty of traditional sounds. My lessons focus on technique, rhythm, emotion, and the cultural roots behind every note. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced musician, I’ll help you build confidence, expression, and a deeper connection to Punjabi music. Learn authentic folk styles, explore melodies, and develop your own sound with personalized guidance.

I’ve had the chance to learn from Kirat, and their teaching is incredible. They have a deep understanding of Punjabi folk music and the sarangi, and they explain everything with patience and passion. Every lesson feels authentic — not just about playing notes, but about understanding the soul and history behind the music. They make complex techniques easy to follow and always keep the vibe positive and motivating. If you want to learn real Punjabi folk and sarangi from someone who truly lives it, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
