About Lot
My name is Lot and I am 19 years old. I am originally from the Netherlands but have been studying in the UK for 2 years now!
I have been working with children since the age of 13 and I absolutely love it! Over the past year I have worked with Action Tutoring, delivering Mathematics tuition online for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. I have also volunteered in Nursery, delivering cultural sessions as well as providing online tuition in Chemistry.

My lessons are for students in primary and secondary up to A-levels. Typically a lesson will last for an hour.
Having struggled with mathematics in the past myself, I know how frustrating it can be when you don't understand the topics.
Therefore, my sessions will first and foremost be focussed around building confidence in answering questions while also covering gaps in knowledge.
I have worked with students who just want to improve on their grades, but also students who come from disadvantaged backgrounds or have SEN.
I have over 2 years of experience in tutoring but also more than 5 years of experience in working with children and therefore I have several methods in which I can help you engage while making all our sessions fun at the same time.
